Multi Summit is a gathering of folks who are doing student ministry in a multi-site context. If your church is doing or working toward multi site ministry, you don’t want to miss this event coming up on March 12-13, 2026. The Multi-Summit is all about the conversation, we can learn from each other to get better together. Multi Summit is for student ministry pastors/directors, student ministry staff, volunteers, church staff etc. – anyone who is part of your multi site student ministry team.
What the Multi-Summit Is:
Focused discussion around the issues we are all facing in multi-site student ministry
Networking to meet some of your peers who are innovative and knocking it out of the park
Honest discussion about what isn’t working so we can hopefully find solutions to make our churches better

Daniel Young
Daniel Young currently serves as the Director of Student Ministries, Young Adults, and as a teaching pastor at Eagle Brook Church in Minnesota. He has been in full time pastoral ministry for over 15 years.
Daniel gets the opportunity to travel and teach the Bible to groups of all ages at events like youth retreats, camps, and conferences as well as leadership gatherings and Weekend services. He has a passion for communicating timeless truths in ways that are fresh, accessible, and memorable.
He and his wife Ashlee have been married for 15 years. They have 4 kids: Elliot, Everlee, Emmersen, and Ezra. Ages 13, 12, 8, and 5. They love to travel together. Daniel played college basketball and is a huge fan of all things basketball and hip hop.
Anthony Passante
Anthony Passante has passionately followed Jesus for over 20 years and has served full-time in youth and young adult ministry in Minnesota for more than 13 years. He currently serves as the Feed Relationship Manager at OneHope and as the Youth & Young Adults Pastor at New Creation Church. Through Feed, Anthony partners with pastors and ministry leaders across North America to shape NextGen ministry with innovative, research-driven strategies and resources that meet the unique needs of the next generation.
Anthony has been happily married to his wife, Sara, for 13 years, and together they are raising three kids: Apollo (10), Noella (7), and Jett (5). Their family loves being outside, playing sports, and having fun together. As a pastor, husband, and dad, Anthony is deeply committed to helping leaders build healthy rhythms in life and ministry that lead to lasting fruit.
Anne Wilson
Anne Wilson serves as the NextGen Pastor at Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she leads teams who campion kids, invest in students, and develop young leaders. She is passionate about helping young people build a faith in Jesus strong enough to hold in a world that won’t.
An experienced ministry leader and communicator, she brings nearly twenty years of experience helping the church engage the next generation with clarity, courage, and deep hope.
She’s married to Kyle and mom to Keegan and Eliza, and she’s building her life—and the next generation’s future—on the faithful goodness of Jesus.

Kent Bjurstrom is the Northview Network Pastor at Northview Church located in central Indiana with 15 campuses. Having over 15 years of student ministry experience in worship & pastoral roles, his desire is to healthy thriving youth pastors reach this generation with the Gospel and help them see what living out your faith looks like.. Kent loves to network and connect with other pastors to encourage one another and get better together.
Kent and his wife Stephanie have been married for over 18 years. They have 4 children, Trey, Colby, Cayden, and Kaly. Having a house full of children means that there’s never a dull moment and nothing can stay clean for more than 30 seconds.
